Christian Kofoed-Enevoldsen, based in Copenhagen, is a member of Mercuri Urval's public sector team (including national government and international governmental organisations) where he focuses on Central Policy Services. Typical clients include ministries and national and international agencies. Christian focuses on Executive Search, Talent Advisory such as Assessment and Development Centers and serves as a management advisor and management coach.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Christian served as CFO at the Danish Film Institute. He was previously Head of Development of Post Danmark and prior to that Head of Administration and Personnel at the Ministry for Communication and Tourism which he had joined as Head of Section for broadcasting issues. Throughout his career, Christian has worked on both deal execution and on the human capital side of the collaboration with senior management teams on ongoing strategic, financial, and operating issues.
Christian has for several years served as a part of and advisor to Mercuri Urval's management organisation.
Christian earned an MSc in Political Science from the University of Aarhus.
