Finance Director

In your new role you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising accounting and controlling functions
  • Ensuring that the internal and external reporting is performed in accordance to procedures and policies and that it is done on time
  • Providing the management information and recommendation to the Management Team
  • Securing controlling (with the main focus on production area), forecasting, budgeting and various types of analysis
  • Providing with the financial input re CAPEX investments
  • Ensuring and controlling the application of all fiscal and corporate standards
  • Cash flow planning and monitoring, supervision of debt collecting.
  • Budget preparation, follow-up as well as all types of analysis of deviations
  • Coaching, mentoring and motivating the team
  • Ensuring that all statutory reporting and other legal issues are performed correctly (mandatory reporting to Tax authorities, Social Insurance, National Bank, etc.)
  • Reporting directly to President of the Board
  • Representing the company in front of authorities (tax office, etc.)
  • Close cooperation with auditors and banks

To take a role in this challenging task you need to possess:

  • University degree in the field of finance and / or economics. ACCA of CIMA courses would be considered as an asset
  • Experienced in leading finance (or at least controlling function) in production environment
  • Experience in working with ERP systems
  • Proven track record in leading finance or controlling teams
  •  Experience in working in complex matrix, international organizations
  • Profound knowledge related to IFRS as well as polish GAAP
  • Excellent English knowledge
