Rachit Sharma as a Group Director and Global Practice Leader heads the TMT Practice for MU. He works with medium to large enterprises globally in the sector and leads a team of Directors and senior Consultants across regions. His major focus lies in Executive Search across Technology sector and Leadership Advisory in Europe and APAC.
As Global Lead of TMT Practice, he is responsible for revenue growth and development at the group level and is a key member of the core strategy team in the UK. His expertise goes beyond Executive Search reflecting expertise and experience in Talent Advisory and strategy for organisations.
Member of MU UK team, he heads strategic initiatives for the organisation including sales strategy implementation and cross-border collaboration.
He started his professional journey as an Electronics Engineer working with L&T in Dubai (UAE) and Jeddah (Saudi Arabia). Before joining MU, he was a Senior Consultant with an IIC Partner firm in India.
He has been actively involved in no- for-profit organisationsand served as the Location President for Make A Difference; a leading youth-driven organisation working to ensure equitable outcomes for children in orphanages and shelter homes across India.
His interest lies in theatre, writing and travel.
