Alex Weishaupt is a Principal Consultant and is the firm’s Information Security Subject Matter Expert in EMEA and is based in the Frankfurt office. He specializes in the field of Information Security, Cyber Security, Governance and Digital Risk.
Alex is passionate about working within the global Information Security Community.
He has led security related searches in different environments, such as Corporate Security Functions, Security Vendors and Professional Services, in all kind of hierarchy levels across the EMEA region.
Alex brings over seventeen years’ executive search experience in the field of advanced technology, he previously worked at Korn Ferry International, True Search and Top of Minds Germany and built up their Cyber Security Center of Expertise in EMEA.
He is a former German Army Captain and served as a platoon commander within the Signal branch of German Army´s SpecOps Division incl. Several missions overseas. He studied in International Management and is currently on his MA in Cyber Security.
