MU are thrilled to announce the addition of Paweł Kluska to our Warsaw team as a Senior Consultant.
Paweł, a graduate of the Catholic University of Lublin, holds a Master's degree in Occupational and Environmental Psychology. He embarked on his professional journey in Executive Search back in 2004. Over the past years, he has spearheaded senior-level searches across various sectors including retail and distribution, e-commerce and digital, professional services (management and strategic consulting), private equity (fund management and portfolio companies), as well as financial services (insurance and banking), and telecom (operators and vendors). These endeavours have spanned across Poland and the Central and Eastern European region (including the Czech Republic, France, Ireland, Russia, Ukraine, Slovakia, and Hungary).
His expertise extends beyond Executive Search to encompass a comprehensive understanding of organisational dynamics and talent acquisition strategies, honed through years of hands-on experience in diverse industry landscapes.
