Melina is a consultant based in our Brussels office, where she plays a key role in our Financial Services Practice with a strong specialisation in the insurance sector. She focuses on Leadership Advisory, Executive Assessment, and Executive Search, helping organisations identify and develop the right leaders to drive business success.
With over seven years of Executive Search experience within the financial services industry, Melina brings a deep understanding of sector-specific challenges and talent needs. Prior to joining our team, she worked as a Senior Consultant at a Talent Management Advisory firm, where she further developed her expertise in insurance and gained hands-on experience with a range of assessment tools.
Melina holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and an Executive Master’s in Human Resources. She works fluently in both French and English.
