Caroline Qian joined MU China in 2007 to startup MU’s footprint in the China market. Caroline has a strong focus on management consulting, talent advisory, executive coaching and soft skill training. Since 2021, her focus is also on business strategy, leadership and team effectiveness. In her role as management consultant, Caroline works on talent and organisational competence analysis, leadership assessments, capability review, HR strategy, organisational development and change management among others.
Prior to MU, Caroline has worked for >10 years in an International Business Consulting company in China to help multi-national companies setup and develop business in the China market. She is a trusted advisor to her clients with a strong international focus, working on assignments in China and globally. Her clients are mainly from the Industrial and Manufacturing sector, both in MNCs and Chinese companies with international focus.
Caroline holds a bachelor’s degree from Shanghai University and a Major in International Trade. She is native Chinese and fluent in English. Caroline is also a Certified PCC Coach by ICF (International Certification Federal), and a certified soft skill trainer covering aspects under stakeholder management, organisational effectiveness, creation, cross functional cooperation and performance acceleration.
