Sofia Hjort Lönegård joined MU in 2019. Her mission is to ensure that MU is an iconic brand known for its science-based and inclusive leadership recruitment and advisory services.
She has a background in marketing, internal communication, leadership communication and employee engagement working at marketing agencies and multinational companies for almost 20 years.
Sofia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) from Lund University, in 2008.
