Irena has been working in the Hamburg office since 2013. She mainly advises her clients in the areas of executive search and talent advisory (executive coaching, management audit, new placement). Her clients include both regional SMEs and global multinationals.
Before joining Mercuri Urval, Irena researched the importance of networks in innovative industries and worked as a lecturer at the Professorship for Management & HR at the University of Göttingen. Furthermore, she has relevant experience in the potential diagnostics of an international automotive company as well as in the career development for a consumer goods company.
Irena studied and earned her doctorate at the University of Göttingen and the Universidad de Córdoba and holds a doctorate in Business Administration. She is an accredited Associate Certified Coach at the world's largest coaching organization, the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
