MU successfully passed our annual external ISO audit - the global standard for assessment quality

Every year, MU is externally audited by DNV, a world-leading audit firm, to ensure we keep up to the standards according to ISO 10667-2. This year’s audit took place two weeks ago, and we are pleased to report that once again, we passed with flying colours!

ISO 10667-2 and the annual audit

The ISO 10667-2 is a global quality standard for assessment services. It establishes requirements and guidance to carry out evidence-based assessments of an individual, a group, or an organisation for work-related purposes. The standard covers MU’s assessment methods, our psychometric tools, our expert consultant training, and certification and puts an emphasis on being evidence-based, fair and non-biased.

Every year, we are externally audited to make sure that we keep up to the standards according to ISO 10667-2. The audit consists of several interviews with different roles in MU: MU Experts performing sales and delivery, MU Specialists, Team Operations Coordinators, Management as well as specialist within IT, GDPR, and Training. On a regular basis, our psychometric tools are also assessed by specialists.
