MU Group is pleased to announce that Robin Paßmann has joined the Hamburg team as Engagement Manager

We are delighted to welcome Robin Paßmann to Mercuri Urval (MU) as a new Engagement Manager based in Hamburg. Robin brings around ten years of experience in recruitment consulting, including five years in executive search, with a focus on appointing leadership and key expert roles across technology, digitalisation, and transformation in the DACH region and selected international markets. At MU, Robin joins the Technology & Digital Practice with a cross-industry focus. He supports clients in appointing critical leadership and specialist roles at the intersection of technology, business, and organisational transformation.

His work includes mandates for CxO, and other senior technology leadership roles, as well as positions in digital transformation, cybersecurity, data, governance, and strategic technology functions.

Before joining MU, Robin worked at Robert Half Executive Search in Hamburg, most recently as Senior Associate Executive Search. In this role, he managed executive search assignments across the DACH region and internationally, advising clients throughout the full search and selection process for senior leadership appointments.

A significant part of Robin’s consulting experience lies in technology-driven and regulated environments. He has worked primarily with SME clients, complemented by selected assignments in enterprise environments. This background enables him to combine technology and transformation topics with a strong understanding of organisational structures, business requirements, and complex stakeholder environments. Robin stands for a structured and outcome-oriented approach to executive search, combining sound judgement, analytical assessment, inclusive selection processes, and a strong focus on long-term organisational fit.
