Prior to his work in executive search, Juhana gathered versatile experience in various financial roles, ranging from auditing at a Big 4 company to CFO positions in growth companies. His industry expertise is primarily in the retail sector.
Juhana has a Master of Science (Economics and Business Administration) degree from the University of Vaasa.
