Dorottya Prodán joined MU Vienna in March 2025 as a Consultant. She is working on executive search and leadership assessment projects in Austria and Hungary.
She started her HR career in executive search in Vienna, working on international assignments and delivering leadership development projects. She changed to the corporate side, working as an HR Leader in the construction and manufacturing sectors in Budapest. In her previous role as Director of HR International she was responsible for 35 international subsidiaries.
Dorottya has a MA degree in International Relations and a University Diploma in Coaching, Organizational and Personnel Development. She has been working with several psychometric tools and is fluent in Hungarian, German and English.
