Thomas Streveld is based in Hamburg and works with international and national clients on their strategy implementation and sustainable business development. Therefore he interacts closely with client-specific global Mercuri Urval account teams. Thomas' focus is on Executive Search, Professional Recruitment as well as Talent Advisory.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Thomas held managerial roles within MLE in the Packaging Industry and Electronics Industry in Sales, Product Management and Marketing.
Prior to that, Thomas served as Officer in the German Armed Forces. Besides leadership responsibilities, he was engaged with relevant government agencies as well as international industrial enterprises in the testing and introduction of new technical systems.
As a Business and Co-Active Coach, Thomas supports managers and professionals in their individual development.
Thomas holds an academic degree and diploma in Geodesy and as a Business Economist.
