Peter Torjussen, based in Aarhus, is a commercial leader with extensive international experience and deep cultural understanding from having lived and worked in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Denmark. Being responsible for the Group Strategic Accounts, Peter is leading and developing the biggest global accounts in Mercuri Urval. Besides leading global accounts and cross-border sales initiatives, Peter is also an experienced Executive Coach with a proven record of coaching C-level executives in listed companies in North America, Asia and EMEA.
Before joining Mercuri Urval, Peter worked in the British company Rentokil Initial where he held positions as a sales representative, sales manager and divisional manager for the healthcare business in Denmark. Peter joined Mercuri Urval in 1999 to work as a management consultant in the private sector in Aarhus. He later relocated to Mercuri Urval Australia, where he worked for three years as a consultant and country manager.
Peter is a member of the Board of two Danish Companies. He has a BSc in Organisational Behaviour from the Aarhus School of Business. Peter is an Executive Coach accredited by ICF (International Coach Federation).
