After studying psychology at the Goethe University Frankfurt (Dipl. Psychologist), Jennifer has been working as a consultant at Mercuri Urval in Frankfurt since 2012 with a focus on leadership advisory: management audits, potential analyses, business coaching and leadership and team development measures. Previously, she worked in executive development for a large insurance company.
She has extensive experience in international Executive Advisory solutions and in large-scale talent and transformation projects. Jennifer has been a Systemic Coach at the Institute for Applied Psychology in Cologne since 2018 and a Mediator since 2020. At MU she is responsible for the Leadership Advisory Team Germany.
With her knowledge and experience she helps her clients to develop their leaders to deliver the best possible results for their business.
