Every year, the Handelszeitung and the magazine ‘PME’, in collaboration with the market research institute ‘Statista’, identify the best personnel service providers and recruiters in Switzerland. For the seventh consecutive year, MU Switzerland is among the outstanding companies in the industry.
MU achieved top marks in the survey last year and is therefore one of the top executive search companies in Switzerland. According to Statista, the aim of the survey is to support candidates and companies in finding the right personnel service provider or job portal.

Statista surveyed HR managers from companies, recruitment agencies and personnel service providers, as well as individuals who have had experience with recruitment agencies between October 1 and November 15, 2024. Based on the survey results, the top personnel service providers and top online job portals in Switzerland were identified. Over 7,500 HR managers in companies and recruitment agencies were invited to take part in the survey. In addition, more than 800 job candidates and HR managers were surveyed through a carefully recruited online access panel.

The top-list for Executive Search, Professional Search, temporary work, and online job portals were based on the number of mentions (brand awareness), number of mentions with experience (brand experience), number of recommendations, and achieving an above-average overall score.
