Roland Bartl Andreoli is a Senior Consultant at Mercuri Urval Switzerland, specialising in coaching & assessments, leadership, change management, outplacement and the integration of artificial intelligence in HR. He was previously Principal Consultant at Talent Solutions ManpowerGroup AG. There he headed the Career Management department and led innovative projects, including the introduction of AI in diagnostics.
