Nicklas Jungander, based in Sweden, is the leader of our Global Manufacturing Practice. He is also an active member and contributor to our Global Automotive Practice and our Battery, and Aviation & Defence Competence Center.

The Global Manufacturing Practice at MU is a large global team of +50 experts in more than 20 countries. The team performs international Executive Searches and leadership assessment, development, and coaching assignments in more than 30 countries. As the leader of the Global Manufacturing team, Nicklas leads the business development together with a core team and is close to all market and MU experts.

With close to 15 years of experience as an executive consultant at MU, Nicklas has built up a passion for international business, leadership, and transformative changes, particularly in the areas of digitalisation, sustainability, and electrification. He works with clients and leaders at executive and board levels with a focus on Executive Search and Leadership Advisory. Besides advising clients in Manufacturing and Automotive, he also possesses extensive experience in providing support for global clients in other sectors, especially with in-house manufacturing.

Prior to joining MU, Nicklas worked in the fields of Business Development, Marketing, and Sales. Through his experience, he has built a good ability to develop and pursue business opportunities, as well as support companies in their strategic planning and growth journey.

Nicklas holds a bachelor’s degree in science in Business Administration and Economics from Örebro University and in addition, a specialisation in Marketing, Organisation and Leadership. He is also a certified board member. Nicklas is a native Swedish speaker and is fluent in Business English.
