Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives, sales targets, and gain top-line growth.
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business processes.
P&L Responsibility: Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation to ensure financial stability and growth. Monthly reports to headquarters.
Sales Management: Support sales by developing strategic plans and attending yearly negotiations with key accounts in retail, pharmacy, and wholesale.
Marketing Management: Develop and implement strong customer and consumer marketing programs together with the Marketing Manager and team.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and retail partners.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of targets.
Qualifications
At least 5 to 10 years of management experience in an international environment with a strong track record in the FMCG sector.
Proven track record of managing clients and sales in retail channels.
Experienced leader with a proven track record of successfully guiding teams through change and transformation
A strong track record of achieving strong sales growth and strategic business objectives.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Fluent in Czech or Slovak and English, with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
A genuine passion for health, hygiene, and consumer well-being.
