MU is once again named one of “Germany's top recruitment firms” by Handelsblatt

The Handelsblatt Research Institute has once again identified Germany's top personnel consultants, and MU is keeping its place as one of the top 40 recruitment consultancies.

In collaboration with The IQ Company, The Handelsblatt Research Institute has identified the 40 leading HR consulting companies of 2024. They used the reviews of over 20,500 employees from 2,800 companies as well as the opinions of around 48,000 managers and human resources managers. Whilst doing the review, Handelsblatt also took the opportunity to do a study to look at the biggest challenges that recruiters currently face.

The need for AI experts is reflected in the study, where AI and robotics have significantly risen in importance among industry topics. The study also identifies digitalisation and sustainability as top priorities for HR consultants in Germany, reflecting the country's need for managers capable of driving structural change.
