Therèse Klingmann is a Senior Consultant at MU and has been with the company since 2024. She specialises in Executive Search, leadership development, potential assessments, and sustainable talent strategies. Her focus is on the manufacturing industry and the public sector, particularly municipal administration and municipal enterprises.
Therèse primarily serves clients in the eastern German states and Berlin. She combines deep consulting expertise with a passion for shaping successful careers as well as sustainable leadership and corporate cultures.
Before joining MU, Therèse gained extensive experience in executive search and leadership advisory. Since 2014, she has been supporting companies in identifying and developing talents. She has profound expertise in suitability diagnostics and applies scientifically validated methods to assess and enhance leadership potential effectively.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
