Silvia Del Monte, based in Milan, is one of the most experienced consultants of the Mercuri Urval Italian team and is mainly focused on healthcare, chemical, consumer and industrial practices. Silvia has a wide experience in leading projects in several advisory areas, such as executive search, middle management recruiting & selection and leadership development services (assessment, development centres, 360° analysis, coaching, and mentoring).
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Silvia worked for IBM for about 16 years in different managerial roles doing a fast career (she was appointed a managerial role when she was 25), up to the role of Customer Service Operation MEA Manager. Throughout her career, Silvia developed her leadership skills in managing people, projects and company assets, demonstrating her capability to face complex environments and challenging interlocutors (both internally and externally). Her educative experience at IBM has become a solid base supporting her in being today a trustable advisor for her Clients, whom she serves with a unique level of commitment and quality in the outcomes.
Silvia followed an academic path in Economics. She speaks English and Italian.
