Sheryl Harmßen, Engagement Manager in the Dusseldorf office, joined MU in 2024 and is mainly responsible for Executive Search and Professional Recruitment Projects as well as Account Management. As part of the Consumer Practice, she focuses on the German and international market. Beyond that, she has successfully filled senior specialist and executive roles in industries such as Professional Services, Manufacturing and Transport & Logistics.
Before joining MU, Sheryl worked for several years in an international recruitment consultancy specialising in the recruitment of senior specialists and executives in finance and accounting across a wide range of sectors and industries.
Sheryl successfully completed an apprenticeship at a recruitment consultancy and speaks German and English fluently.
