Sanna Aikio has been working for Mercuri Urval since 2015. Sanna has experience in Executive Search, Recruitment and Talent Advisory especially in the industrial sector, business-related industries, ICT and public organisations in Northern and Eastern Finland. Her job location is in Oulu.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Sanna worked 7 years in the international ICT and financial process outsourcing businesses in sales, business development and product management, also having supervisor responsibilities.
Sanna holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration, majoring in Organisation and Management. In addition, she has an ICF business coaching certification. Sanna studied for half a year in Canada and worked in an international company where the company language was English, so she speaks fluent English. She has also studied German and lived half a year in Germany which enables her to also have some general conversations in German.
