Rithika Kini is based in Mumbai, her focus in Mercuri Urval is on Executive Search, Professional Hiring, Talent Mapping and headhunting.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Rithika was associated with Accord Group for 8.5 years and was a part of the Research & Execution team- working on leadership-level hiring across sectors. Executive Search being her forte; Executive Search and recruitment specialised in client relations, networking, mapping, research and headhunting has been her portfolio. She has exposure across Consumers, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Industrials, Education, IT/ITES and Real Estate industries. Rithika started her career at FlexAbility (RPO arm of ABC consultants).
She did her Master’s Degree in Industrial & Organisational Psychology from SNDT University. Additionally, she has earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
