Poul Hansen, VP of Mercuri Urval International Clients, is responsible for account management for some of Mercuri Urval's largest international clients such as Vestas, Grundfos, Danfoss, ISS, Deutsche Telecom/T-systems, Air Liquide, CapGemini, LEGO, Sandvik, Linak, and British Telecom.
He works extensively with the optimisation of operational capabilities, delivery excellence and delivery performance.
As a consultant, he specialises in the fields of talent management, management audit, executive assessment and coaching, leadership development and change management – working with individuals, teams and organisations.
Poul leads and develops Mercuri Urval Shared Service Centre in Denmark in order to create best practices for the group in terms of quality, efficiency and performance
Poul is Global Account Director for LEGO (10,000 employees – one of the global market leading companies within children's toys) and for Danfoss (23,000 employees – a global manufacturer of components and solutions for refrigeration, air conditioning, control of electric motors, heating of houses and buildings, and renewable energy).
Before joining Mercuri Urval Poul held managerial roles within production, supply chain and HR in Boarding A/S – a large Danish printing company. For many years he has been teaching supply chain management and logistics at The Danish Academy of Finance.
Poul holds several academic degrees and diplomas in leadership and strategy, supply chain management and psychology.
Poul speaks fluent English.
