Before his corporate leadership roles he lead strategy consulting services. He has been a board member in professional services firms and a University.
Niklas has a PhD in psychology and speaks fluently Swedish, Finnish and English. He takes personal pride in deploying applied behavioural sciences to practical solutions for client benefits.
