Nicola is based in our Düsseldorf office and joined Mercuri Urval in 2017.
In her role as Team Operations Coordinator, Nicola organises and manages our work with clients, candidates, and partners. Although every day is different, some of the main tasks are to help our team leaders organise the office, book and coordinate projects and appointments, and support and manage client and candidate activities.
Nicola's background is originally in the hotel industry, so she handles all tasks related to event coordination and planning, such as the nationwide kick-off, client events, strategy days, meetings, and conferences nationwide and worldwide.
In addition, as part of her role as Health & Safety Officer, Nicola has additional responsibility for all health and safety issues for all offices and employees in Germany, as well as for all issues that are part of her work as Chairwoman of the Works Council in the Düsseldorf office.
Nicola speaks German and English.
