Matts Lidhagen is based in Örebro, Sweden, and has been working at Mercuri Urval since 1986. Matts was Regional Manager from 1988 until 2008 and was a member of the management team in Sweden for 20 years. Since 2008, Matts works as a Principal Consultant and Senior Advisor.
Matts has previous experience as a teacher in mathematics and physics, Deputy Headmaster, Headmaster and Officer (major).
Additionally, Matts is Chairman of the board at Sparbanken Örebro and Örebrotravet as well as a board member at Going Groupe.
Matts holds a master's from the University of Uppsala.
