Markku's mission is to find the right people for the right positions and hence help organisations and teams to achieve their goals.
Markku works on Executive Search, Professional Recruitment and Leadership Advisory projects (team- and individual assessments, sales audits, development programs, first 100 days programs etc).
Before joining Mercuri Urval, Markku worked for +27 years in sales management-, marketing-, leadership- and business development roles at Weidmüller Interfaces GmbH, Sonepar Finland, Nokia Oyj, Microsoft Corp and Ericsson Mobile Phones. Markku has extensive (and hands-on) experience in sales, marketing, business development and leading people and teams. Markku has compiled his learnings and insights into a book " Why some sell more than others".
Markku has an MBA (business economics) degree. Markku speaks native Finnish, fluent English, basic Swedish and German.
