Lina has been with Mercuri Urval since 2024 and is based in the Düsseldorf Office. As an Executive Researcher she contributes to the organizational development of our clients by finding and attracting the right talent and personalities for our clients’ objectives.
She started her career in Executive Search as a research specialist in 2019 and worked with renowned boutique firms before joining MU. During this time she gained extensive experience in filling C-level, and complex senior specialist roles, mainly for social service companies. At MU she is working on national and international Executive Search assignments in various fields of industry, such as the Energy, Automotive or Life Sciences sector.
Lina holds a B.A. in Political Science, minoring in Communication Sciences. She is fluent in German and English and has a good knowledge of French and Spanish.
