Lara Carzaniga

Lara, based in our Milan office, has been with Mercuri Urval since 1998.

In her role as Team Operations Coordinator, Lara organises and manages our work with clients, candidates and partners. Although every day varies, some of the main tasks are to assist our Team Leaders to manage the office, book and coordinate assignments as well as support and administer client and market activities, ensuring the highest quality is upheld in our processes and way of working, in compliance with data protection regulations.
