Today Hilde works as Partner for the Board & Executive Practice focused on Leadership and change. She is advising listed and non listed, multinational and national companies, organisations and associations on governance, succession, talent & development detection and development. She's developing and running custom-made change & development programs, coaching C-level and potentials in individual and team leadership, and Searching and selecting leaders for the future.
Prior to Mercuri Urval Hilde had the opportunity to broaden her B2B experience and scope as an auditor, financial advisor and manager. The finding that strategies and financial plans are only trustworthy and successful if made and implemented by the right people was a motivator to move to the people and leadership business. She started at Mercuri Urval in 1996 as senior consultant, became quickly key account manager and later on managed as Business Unit Manager the Flemish business and team.
Hilde is member of the General Assembly of the Warande in Brussels, of the Advisory Board of a start up company, and participating in the Guberna mentoring Programme at Board Level
Hilde holds a Master degree in Law (University of Ghent), a Master degree in Financial Economics (HEC Brussels), an MBA degree (Rotterdam School of Management), and many professional training certificates a.o. Director Effectiveness & Board Effectiveness (Guberna), Coaching Excellence (MU Copenhagen), public speaking.
