Helle Due-Pedersen, employed in Copenhagen, is part of Mercuri Urval's research team and focuses on recruitment and executive search. Her responsibilities include profile analysis and requirement specification in collaboration with the consultant and customer, identification of and contact with potential candidates and marketing the individual positions to selected candidates. Helle is also a valued expert when it comes to international projects and specialist functions.
Prior to Helle's employment at Mercuri Urval, she worked for 12 years as a recruitment consultant at Adecco. Helle was responsible for the entire recruitment process for both Danish and international companies and primarily recruited managers, specialists and administrative staff. She has also for four years worked as a consultant and project manager in the IT industry in the company CGI.
Helle has an MA in Business, Language and Culture – with a profile in International Organisation and English - from the University of Southern Denmark. She has also acquired a certification in Master Person Profile Test and OPQ by SHL.
