Eric Oelers joined Mercuri Urval in 1999 and manages a team in Eindhoven. His focus is mainly on our International Business and our Executive services. Eric has extensive experience in both the profit and non-profit sectors and with a broad portfolio of services and products. His main task lies in (international) canvassing and accountmanagement. As a consultant he specializes in (international) executive search, executive coaching and management development programs. This makes him a good first point of call for companies that want to work with us (internationally).
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Eric was a manager and a lawyer for several municipalities.
Eric earned the title Master of Laws at the Radboud University in Nijmegen. Besides Dutch, he is fluent in English and German.
