Elena, based in our Milan office, has been with Mercuri Urval since 2000. Her current responsibilities for the Italian office include: 

  • Office Manager
  • Contracts with suppliers
  • Supervision of all general accounting, customers and suppliers, up to the balance sheet
  • Cash management, collections and payments
  • Civil-tax obligations
  • Management of the entire Personnel Area
  • Point of reference for external specialists such as lawyers, tax advisors and accountants

Her current responsibilities for the Swedish parent company includes: 

  • Various bi-weekly sales reports
  • Control of customer invoicing and accounts receivable
  • Liquidity Control
  • Monthly and quarterly Economic and Financial Reports
  • Quarterly Economic and Financial Situation Reports with Group Subsidiaries
  • Various reports on the Personnel Area
  • Other various reports
  • Specific requests
  • Point of reference for all non-routine operations

Elena is the only prosecutor of MU Italy. She is also the HR Business Partner the Apac MU Countries, she is responsible for both supporting managers and employees within HR and payroll related deliveries, such as ECR/YES process, compensation calculations, local and individual employee related documents, HR related topics (MU and country specific) as well as payroll, travel expense administration and various reporting for HR and payroll.
