Albert Nussbaum, based in Wiesbaden, is mostly active for international clients in ICT, Industry, Healthcare and Public Sector. Albert focuses on Executive Search, Talent & Leadership Advisory and Executive Coaching.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Albert served as Associate Professor at the Technical University of Aachen, conducting research in psychological diagnostics, learning and memory.
Besides of his consultant role, Albert has gained many years of leadership experience in a number of national and international management functions inside Mercuri Urval. For our clients, he has successfully managed large HR - projects from a complete set up of greenfield operations to change processes in a M&A context.
Albert holds a PhD in Psychology from the Technical University of Aachen. He is fluent in German, Swedish and English.
