During my psychology studies, I explored various personality assessments, which deepened my understanding of how individuals and organisations function. My experience with MU’s own assessment process convinced me of its depth and scientific foundation—showing me what real quality looks like and how MU stands out from other consultancies. Over the years, I have chosen to stay here because of the trust and freedom that MU offers. I can shape my work to fit my skills and life stage, take on new challenges, and continue to grow in ways that truly matter to me.

When I joined, my peers and I joked about how long we would stay, and my initial thought of staying for just five years has transformed into over 13 years filled with rewarding experiences. Throughout my journey, I have had the opportunity to develop Leadership Advisory concepts, worked internationally, taken on both leadership and non-leadership roles, and continuously sought out new challenges. A significant personal milestone for me has been becoming a mother while continuing a consulting career that I love—something I once thought would be hard to combine, but at MU, it has proven to be possible.
How five years became 13 is also due to the fact that our work is built on solid science, and it is proven to help clients—thanks to MU’s own research and long-standing commitment to quality. We prioritise long-term impact over quick wins. I have the freedom to shape my path, explore new roles, and grow in ways that align with my strengths and life stage. Last but not least, working alongside talented and kind colleagues across countries allows us to form the best teams for each client. Altogether, it gives me pride and motivation to keep developing and delivering meaningful impact, both for MU and for my clients.
