Yong-Feng is a Principal Consultant at MU, based in the firm’s Singapore office. Previously, he was part of MU’s Shanghai office. As a member of the MU APAC team, he specialises in the Industrial, Technology, Digital, and Professional Services sectors.
With over 15 years of experience in Executive Search and Leadership Advisory, Yong-Feng has worked with both global consulting firms and regional search firms. He has a strong track record across Greater China and the Asia-Pacific region. Before transitioning into HR consulting, he spent eight years in roles spanning technology investment and funding, R&D and product development, and growth strategy.
Yong-Feng has worked across diverse business environments, including multinational corporations, regional enterprises, and startups. His extensive experience provides him with a deep understanding of the challenges businesses face at various stages of growth. He partners closely with business leaders and HR professionals to align talent strategies with organisational objectives, delivering tailored insights and solutions.
He holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and has furthered his expertise with studies in business management and finance.
