Serena started her career as a Consultant in a recruitment agency in the UK before moving to Denmark and joining MU.
Since then, she has worked as an Executive Researcher and Delivery Lead before transitioning into her role as Global Head of Delivery. Here she continues to work closely with clients, while also taking on the additional leadership responsibility for the delivery organisation to secure an efficient operation internally while ensuring our clients continue to receive a consistent and high level of service regardless of location.
Serena splits her time between supporting clients and leading the global delivery organisation at MU.
An experienced Consultant with a foundation in research, Serena’s key strength is leading searches with an international twist, be it a multi-country candidate market or a client with a complex global structure. She has most experience in the Central European and US markets.
Her focus is primarily senior leadership positions across both private and public sectors, typically commercial, operational or general management positions at Director level or above.
As Head of Delivery, Serena is responsible for leading a team of ca 90 MU Delivery Experts across more than 20 countries.
Serena is a native English speaker, and fluent in Danish. She also has an intermediate proficiency in German which she hopes to quickly improve since moving to Frankfurt in 2024.
