Anne returns to MU after three successful years as Managing Director at a leading executive search firm in Greater China, where she led the region in delivering high-quality leadership and talent solutions across various industries. Her experience spans executive search, leadership assessment, and coaching, making her a recognised expert in helping organisations thrive in the Asia-Pacific market.
Anne previously spent 12 years with MU, holding various key roles, including Partner, Director, Team Leader, and Group Director in our Shanghai office. During her time with us, Anne became known for her strategic approach to leadership advisory and executive search, and for her deep understanding of the unique challenges facing European companies in Asia. She was instrumental in developing our teams and building strong client relationships across the region.
Rejoining MU, Anne will focus on bringing our tested and proven leadership advisory and executive search services to our clients, with a focus on the manufacturing industry.
