Sanna-Mari joined Mercuri Urval in 2022 after two years in another global Executive Search company where she was a part of the company’s European practice. Prior to this, Sanna-Mari worked at Mercuri Urval as a Group Director and a Team Leader since 2011. Previously she was an HR Manager at BIG4 company and worked as a Management Consultant in a local boutique company.
