Line Renate Hanssen is a Senior Consultant and works primarily within the Danish public sector with delivering Leadership Acquisition and Advisory. Line is driven by a strong passion for enabling great leadership and supports clients with credibility, insight, and depth as a sparring partner and leadership advisor in both recruitment and development processes.
Prior to her present role Line has served as both a manager of employees and of leaders, and she has worked closely with and within top management across a consultancy firm, academia, and most recently as Deputy Director at the Royal Danish Library. Line also brings valuable consultancy experience from her time at Rambøll - giving her an excellent understanding of the advisory profession.
