Karl-Johan Kronberg, Executive Vice President & Partner, and member of the MU Leadership Team has been with MU since 1996. Currently serving as Head of Business Area, he oversees our operations in the APAC region. Additionally, he holds the role of Commercial Director for MU's Executive Search service and plays a key role in driving our innovations.
Throughout his time at MU, KJ has had many roles, Consultant, Team Leader, Head of International Business, Board Member, and General Manager. In addition, he has been at the forefront of numerous significant development projects. KJ remains actively engaged with clients, specialising in Leadership Advisory.
Beyond his roles at MU, KJ has contributed to various board positions within the organisation. His influence extends beyond MU, having served as a Non-executive Board Member, and still serving as a Supervisory Board Member, in the Finance sector. He is also recognised for his earlier contribution to the Finnish Executive Search Firms' Association.
KJ holds a master’s degree in social sciences and politics from the University of Helsinki.
