Sanna joined the Mercuri Urval Helsinki office in 2021 to work with the industrial sector and energy companies, mainly in international executive search and senior management level leadership advisory. She has been working in executive search since 2001 and was last a Partner in a boutique executive search company in Helsinki. Previously she has had a research consultant role in several executive search companies for 15 years which gives her a unique touch on several positions. Before her career in executive search, Sanna worked in leading customer service in retail.
Additional to her role in MU as a principal consultant, she also works as an Inclusion and Diversity Lead globally, and she is a core team member in Manufacturing, Assembly and Components global practice team.
Sanna has an MBA (Digital Technology Management) from Aalto University and post-degree studies in leadership, change management and entrepreneurship.
Sanna is native Finnish and fluent in English and understands Swedish and German on a spoken level.
