She started at Mercuri Urval in 1996 and has extensive (international) experience in executive search, change & transformation projects, development of people, leadership, (management) team development. Working on a wide range of functions and sectors, in private and public sector, on small management teams and huge international transversal teams, she has gained a good understanding of how people can use and develop their own capabilities and bring the right results for their company. She likes to be the coach and help people to develop themselves. Her main focus is on the Healthcare and Life sciences sector, Industry, professional services (profit and non profit sector).
She started her career as an account manager in 'Scientific Instrumentation business'. As Sales Manager Life sciences she has managed a team of 5 sales and specialist people. After 10 years she made a change in her career to follow her passion "putting people in the center of the business".
She has a director's mandate in an automotive dealership and one in the non-profit sector.
She holds a master degree in Sciences Biology and did an MBA at the Rotterdam School of management.
