Agota joined MU’s Vienna office in May 2022 as an Associate Consultant. She has been working with clients within the CEE region with a strong focus on Hungary from the manufacturing and automotive SW provider sectors for the executive level.
Parallel with her external duties she has been managing her enterprise since 2014 providing small and medium-sized Hungarian companies or subsidiaries of foreign-owned organizations with recruitment and head-hunting services at specialist or managerial level.
Before her recruiter career, Agota spent 7 years in adult education. She was the Project Manager of the Hungarian Partner of Oxford Brookes University from the UK coordinating their distance learning MBA courses.
Agota obtained her Human Resources Management BSc degree in 1998 at Janus Pannonius University, Pecs, Hungary. She is a native of Hungarian, her English is at an advanced level, her German is basic, and she used to learn Russian which is passive now. |
