Michael Thöny has rejoined MU as a Principal Consultant (Team Leader) in Switzerland. With a career spanning over a decade in the consulting industry, he has played pivotal roles in several prominent firms, including Network Selection AG. In his most recent position as Managing Partner at Network Selection AG, Mr. Thöny led the company and was able to manage the turnaround with his Team.
During his previous seven years at MU, Michael Thöny served in key roles, including Head Talent Advisory and Head Delivery Switzerland. His extensive experience in HR consulting, talent management, and recruitment has made him a trusted advisor to businesses seeking strategic transformation and talent optimisation solutions.
Mr. Thöny holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in Human Resource Management from Berner Fachhochschule BFH, a degree in Psychology from the University of Zurich along with an Eidg. Diplomierter HR Fachmann certification. He is also a certified Business Coach from ICF.
