Mira will spearhead the Leadership Advisory practice for the Chinese market, catering to diverse industries, to empower clients in navigating their business, people, and digital transformations within a fiercely competitive landscape. With a focus on both areas of Leadership Advisory and Acquisition (Executive Search) spanning industrial and consumer goods, technology, professional services, and life sciences, Mira brings forth two decades of experience in leadership roles across supply chain and logistics, consumer electronics, and professional services, with a 16-year tenure in China.
Over the past six years, Mira has honed her expertise in management consulting, specialising in strategy implementation, change management, process optimisation, leadership advisory, coaching and mentoring, talent and organisational development, as well as B2B customer experience enhancement. Her dedication lies in establishing the Leadership Advisory practice as the premier destination for cutting-edge leadership excellence services in the Chinese market.
